Hyperthyroidism in pregnancy
Hi dr, My wife is in 11 weeks of pregnancy and doesnt have any thyroid related disease even we checked at 6 weeks of pregnancy it was normal but now she has hypermesis gravidarum and Tsh is 0.01 T3  1.85 (ref 0.60- 1.81) T4 16.7 (5.5 -12.5) However free t3 and free t4 are in normal range i.e Free T3 :- 3.60 (2.30-4.20) Free T4 :- 1.59 (0.9 - 2.30) Please advice what to do.? I only need a professional opinion P.S:- avoid commenting connect please 🙏

TSH levels are suggestive of hyperthyroidism you need to connect with an endocrinologist for further treatment

Nothing to be done as tsh is normal and free t3 ,t4 also normal
