Hypertension from young age
Hi I was reported of having high bp when I was 26 years old. In the next few months I had severe palpitations and anxiety attacks and a psychiatrist diagnosed it to be Anxiety Disorder and put me on medication for 1 year while my bp was reducing gradually towards the end of the treatment. A few months after I stopped medication, I got kidney stones and my bp was again found to be high (170/100) and was immediately asked to start bp tablets. While on bp medication I again had kidney stones in few months and my sugar levels was also found to be high and doctors told that I am pre diabetic. Lately, upon a regular blood test, the triglycerides is found to be high and so are other bad cholestrols. I m now taking tablets for reducing triglycerides also. Regarding my fitness, I have been maintaining a good fitness when the bp was first diagnosed . I found some articles that bp at young age could be because of some harmonal reasons. Is my case worth getting checked from endocrine doctors ?
