Hyperpigmentation
I have hyperpigmentation around my neck. Some kind of blackness around the neck since an year. I thought it will go but didn't go. I applied de-melan cream. It also didn't work. What is the reason for this problem? How should I get rid of it?

Hello. This can be acanthosis nigricans which is usually associated with increased body weight and insulin resistance. Creams alone are of little help. Chemical peels work better in this condition.
Next Steps
Consultation with a dermatologist for evaluation.
