Hyperpigmentation around mouth&neck area

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've had this dark skin around my mouth and chin area for as long as I can remember. My upper lip area is so dark it makes the little hairs appear thicker and darker. Also the area around my smile lines are dark and form a shadow. The lower lip area is also really dark. Neck is not as bad though. I've tried a lot of home remedies nothing works :(
