Hi , My Father is suffering from cataract and doctors said that is hyper mature and he is having diabetes. Is hyper mature cataract curable and at what sugar levels one can go for surgery Current Sugar levels Pre Lunch 180 Post Lunch 220. Please suggest

Hi He should definitely go for surgery when sugar levels are under 200,post lunch and less than 100 before food.No other cure is available other than surgery for any kind of cataract.Consult near by eye specialist for further proceedings
