Hyperinflated Lungs But normal FEF & FVC

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi Doctor, I am having Shortness of breath. So, did X-ray and spirometry. X-ray shows Hyperinflated lungs and spirometry shows normal FEV1 & FVC but low FEF(25-75) values. Do I have any serious lung problems?

Are you asthmatic? You are 27 , too young to have hyper inflated lungs on xray There are rare disease which can cause this picture. Do you have any symptoms??
