At 9 months no abortion is possible.
In fact even if you get rid of this pregnancy it will not be called an abortion.
Hydrocephalus should have been diagnosed at 5 months. I wonder if you were having your regular checkup during pregnancy as is advised by a Gynaecologist (if you go to your Doctor).
