Hump on neck... Similar to Cervical
I have a hump on my neck since1 year because of this got pain in my neck shoulder back and headache. What should i do... Kindly recommend me something..and a doctor in bangalore.I also have pcod.

Usually hump on the back of neck is an abnormal collection of fat or prominent bone due to wrong posture Pain in head,  neck, shoulder and back may be muscular in nature due to poor posture Try otc pain medication and posture correction and hot packs.  If pain doesn't improve visit your local orthopedic doctor
