Dr. I have a buffalo hump on back side of my neck I can't wear T-shirts because it not  looks  good there's also pain some time in my neck when watched Tv or work on computers for hours . Thank you

u must correct your posture and take advice for neck exercises. See an Ortho surgeon for further management. Dr Sandip Gupta
