Hsv 1&2 igm positive - igg negative
I have enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa for past 3 months with severe one side pelvic, thigh and pubic muscle pain. My hsv 1&2 test came 1.11 as positive and igg <0.5 as negative. No lesions till on mouth or genital area. I had no physical contact for 3 months (even kissing). But i had chickenpox first time in my life 4 months ago. Is it possible for igm to be positive fot this much time( 3 months) and igg to be negative if i have that virus now?
