HSG test before letrozole treatment
At what point will a HSG/Tubal patency or blocks be suggested? Are these tests invasive/painful
I have been prescribed letrozole this cycle without the above tests.

Usually it is recommended between D7-10 of periods. Sono HSG is less painful than HSG. If you go for the former, you can do it this cycle itself otherwise wait for the next period.

Better to undergo HSG before letrozole ovulation induction. It's a day care test. Just like vaginal examination.
