HRV from ecg calculation
Hello Doctors,
My question is, I have an ecg report. How can I calculate my HRV using the ecg? I have also attached my ecg to the msg.

If HRV is heart rate velocity then you calculate your heart rate by dividing 1500 by the number of small sqares between two spikes.
In your ECG there are 19 or 20 small sqares between the two spikes. So your heart rate is 75 per minute.
