  4. Hr falls when i lie down on back. To?

Hr falls when i lie down on back
My hr is generally 70-100 depending upon on what i am doing, now i am taking telma 40 bp med post covid and when i lie down my hr falls to around 50-55 bpm and i feel a sometimes a but mild dizzy. What could it be due to ?
