How to weight loss after delivery
After delivery my belly shape is too and gain of weight so please help to correct solution to weight loss

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

When u got your Delivery?? Only way , diet with some moderate level of Exercises if everything is normal with your health. You can contact a Dietitian for post pregnancy low calorie diet plan.if properly following then can reduce Safely @ 5 kg per month.
