Blood vessels throughout our body constrict and so body becomes cold. That's why cold sweat is a manifestation of anxiety. 6. We breathe faster, many people hyperventilate. Lot of Air goes in the Gastro-intestinal system known as Aerophagia. This may cause bloating and Gas. 7. Many people faint because of Vaso-vagal Syncope during extreme stress. 8. Increased restlessness in our body and mind. This is all well if it happens for a minute or two but anxiety that is prolonged and present without a known trigger (even when nothing overwhelms you), that is unnecessary, excessive in relation to the situation concerned, then it starts taking shape of an ANXIETY DISORDER. Most anxiety Disorders are diagnosed if symptoms persist for more than 3 MONTHS. Hi there, nexito is generally given for depressive or anxiety symptoms. Are those under control? Sleep disturbance can be a symptom of an underlying problem. You also mention you are breast feeding mother. Your sleep pattern might be altered because of the same. For how long have you been on zolfresh and what’s the dose? Practising good sleep hygiene techniques is important. It’s better to take a consultation with your psychiatrist and discuss the further course.

Reduce to half the dose what you are taking and if u are comfortable with this reduced dose then you can try stopping drug after  15days. And from there on wards you can use only when u don't  get sleep. And you also need to consult a psychiatrist after dose reduction to monitor your psychologiclal state
