Depend on tab type u r taking.If Dt u can chew it but in softgel form u have to swallow it .Softgel Is better then Dispersible tablet

You can take it either way, depending upon formulation.It comes in mouth dispersable form form can put in buccal cavity and adsorption starts right from there. In syrup form can be ingested ad such.It is available in form of sachets ,here you have to disperse it into water.It is also available in form of soft gel or tablets , where you can swallow them with water.
