How to slow down metabolism?
How do I slow down my metabolism and gain weight fast? I have lost around 3.5kg since feb(9 months), i want to gain rather. I joined gym, is that the reason why my metabolism rate has increased? Or is it my ibs which is causing it? 1. What probiotics can i take daily to counter the weight loss. 2. How go generally slow down my metabolism?
