Regular 2 times brushing helps maintaining the teeth in a good condition. But if already calculus build up is there you have to get a scaling done from a Dentist. Once scaling is done u can maintain it.
Hello
Once tartar has deposited on your teeth it cannot be removed on your own naturally. You will have to visit your dentist and get a round of teeth cleaning or scaling done. After that some instructions will be given to you and you can maintain your oral hygiene at home but before getting the cleaning done it is not going to cure
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist and get a proper scaling done
Health Tips
Do not try using any over-the-counter available toothpastes to remove the Tartar nor do brush forcefully you will just end up damaging your teeth as well as gums
