For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Greetings for the day!!     According to your height your healthy weight range is 70-75kg. Currently you would have to reduce 15kg minimum. U have not mentioned anything about any medical problems. So I assume there are no medical problems. The best way to loose weight is to opt for a healthy lifestyle. Diet, physical activity, rest, all are part of this lifestyle. A detailed assessment of the nutritional status is required before we plan for proper diet for you. General guidelines to follow:     Avoid junk foods     Include more vegetables and fruits in everyday diet     Include good quality protein foods like eggs, fish, chicken weekly twice.     Include more fresh fruits rather than fruit juices     Atleast 30mins physical activity everyday     A proper sound sleep of 6-8hrs To know more about the diet plan do connect with me Thank you
