After That I Knew What I'm Suffering from past few years that Was OCD.. then I was Consulted With One Psycologist Then That Symptoms that was Reduced... but That Shame Of Doing Repetition That Was Come In My Mind many times...and instantly i Have Thought like I'm Mentally Disoriented... I can't live The life that Normal people Live... I was Stuck In That Memory... and Cry at every night... Why It's happened With me... please Help Me To Overcome That Shame...
