How to reduce my weight.
Hi Sir/Madam, I want reduce my weight. But I am in control for food. Even I can't loss my weight. So please suggest me. Bz i am working IT professional . I don't have time to go gym etc. I want reduce my belly. I tried last 2 month lemon with ginger juice on everyday morning and night. But no use. Even I have doubt with that juice. Is there any marriage dash issue. in case I will continue with that juice.
