How to reduce creatinine

I am a kidney patient and my creatinine is 2.25 but but from 6 months my creatinine is 1.89 to 1.9 and now from 2 months my creatinine is returned to 2.25 i want to know how my decrease and now how it's increase please give detailed answer to help me thks a lot to all doctors
