HOW TO RECOVER HEALTH
Dear sir/ma'am I use to chew aroun 10 to 15 packets of gutka regularly for around 8 years and use to drink alcohol for last 3 years. I chew at empty stomach but I have left now for 3 days both I feel gestric problem and anxiety so I want to know how to recover my body from the toxin that I have consumed and have a healthy life. I need your suggestion.

Hey there you are having an chronic history of tobacco consumption, you must know that consuming it in any form is injurious and harmful to your health and not just that it may lead to cancerous condition, as you have reduced the frequency as of now so that is anxiety is related to withdrawal symptoms, you can have chewing tablets which are tobacco free easily available at your near by chemist, you must have digene after meals and stop having tobacco or alcohol

Hi dear First if all i appreciate your decision of leaving all the habits. The next thing I want to say is that it's very hard to leave the addiction as ur body is now dependent on it that is why u are now having these symptoms. Please consult a psychiatrist as they will not only do ur counseling but will give u medicine initially which will help prevent the cravings that u might be getting.
