How to put on weight?
I want to gain my weight according to my hieght which is 5.5' and my actual weight is 45 which does not suits to my personality.

Hello there. Your BMI is just under 17, you need to get your BMI to 22 atleast. Have high protein diet consisting of eggs, pulses etc. Have frequent meals upto 5 meals a day. Consult a dietician for detailed diet chart. Regards
