How to put on weight ?
Even if I m taking normal diet , my weight is not increasing ..it remains constant . as soon as I take food after few hours..my stomach gets empty..may be burning of calories very fast !

Hi, it depends on nutritional content of your food. Take more of fat containing food . 1g fat yields more calories than a gram of carbohydrate, have adequate sleep , moderate exercise is necessary.If food gets empty quickly try to take frequent meals. If u still don't gain weight consult dietician

Hi some eating disorders,gastric ulcers,hyperthyroidism,malabsorption,hidden infection can cause unexplained weight loss...depression can also present with weight loss...if your weight loss is not due to diet or exercise consult physician they will treat underlying condition later you can gain weight
