How to pursue for healthy diet..........
Please suggest a healthy protein rich diet which will not effect my weight and help in growth... I am only 16yrs a... my weight is 80kg and height is 160cm. I have started exercising...all i want is your help by suggestion of a healthy diet plan......please please ...i request you all to help me.......

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Your body mass index is 31.5 you need to get it to at least 25. Avoid all junk foods. Have a high protein and low carbohydrate diet. Have 5 smaller meals in the day instead of 3 huge meals. Do not sleep after meals. Drink plenty of water. One cup of green tea in the morning and one in the evening. Cap. Zerofat-a twice a day at least half an hour before food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
