Hello miss .
I understood ur concern & fear for future .
Marriage is very crucial events in everyone's life .
Its a relationship that has been given utmost
respect in our society & holds huge burden of
responsibility, love ,care , dignity, respect &
compromise .
* For women, irrespective of their educational &
proffessional status, they are always a bit more
conscious & stressed in their marriage because
they have to leave home & parent so naturally
a sense of insecurity is present. And the
relationships , persons & home are totally new
to them, it take time to understand it.
So one thing you have to ask urself, what's most
important :
Ur marriage, or
Ur relationship, or
Ur husband ,or
You .
Answer is all of above, if any of these are not in
good state ,it will cause conflicts in life & in
mind.
You want life with ur husband but at what cost .
Remember ur respect ,dignity , health & life
must be prior to anything.
* Cheating is morally wrong , Any idea of
cheating is not very uncommon between
couples. But to differentiate whether cheating
is really happening or it's just happening in ur
mind ,that is main question.
* To answer it ,it requires detailed information,
evaluation & assessment of ur marital history,
personal history & personality evaluation.
Next Steps
1.If you have doubts of cheating then it is good
to confront ur husband and discuss the issues
that created doubt & ask ur husband not to
repeat those issues .
2.If you believe ,it's cheating then do the same
as above plus inform family members.
3.If you know & believe ,it's present only in ur
mind & in real their is no cheating, then you
need to consult a Psychiatrist for detailed
evaluation of ur Thought, Mood , emotions ,
behaviour & personality.
4. Any fear or doubt is present ,you can take ur
time & talk me.
Health Tips
*I request don't argue with ur spouse , discuss
the matter with him & significant family
member.
** Have a safe & peaceful day. **

Mam fear is an emotion and behind every emotion there is a thought... We need to discuss from where did u draw conclusion that ur husband is cheating on u and solve ur concern. It's very important to take care of this issue as it may hamper ur personal life
Hello mam sorry to hear that.
There are few possibilities:
1. You might be having a obsession of doubt on your husband.
2. It could be a delusion.
3. This behavior is because of personality.
So detailed evaluation is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Please consult a psychiatrist so that your life becomes better and can have a happy life.
Hope this helps.
