Hi good to see your query. Take low calorie diet paln.take less plain rice but fibres based cereals, brown breads, brown rice,whole grains all. Add soupy pulses, legumes, liw animal protein but more plant protien, plenty of vegetables except under ground like potatoes, fruits all except banana coconut, grapes, mangoes, no saturated fats like butter ghee, palm oil.coconut oils.no fast, junk,create based foods, no stress, no street based foods,fried rice,biriany etc.enough exercises free hand,yoga helpful.
