I have gained a lot of weight. I need to lose atleast ten kilos within a brief span of time. I'm a 27 year old woman and 168 cm tall. My job is mostly sedentary . I exercise for 15 mins everyday (free hand) Kindly suggest feasable diet routines which would not require starving. Thanks.
