First thing u can lot of organic foods mainly animal sources like egg, chicken ,all dairy products milk cow,S ,D.T , paneer, cheese, Vitamin D rich in all fishes like rohu, catla seafoods all. plant source like soya,soya products, vegetables greens in colors. etc. exposures of sunlight but at mild level in morning to avoid ultta violet rays
