See first of all these sperm count is not only dependent to ur sexual organs...we have to taken into consideration its an whole body problem...so if u have any cont long time fever or u have any indigestion problem or fever of malaria or dengue for long time...so first u have to find out the reason and do treatment for that so this problem will be automatically can solved...Stress is the main cause for this...all this treatment is there if there is no congenital anomalys present...
