How to get neck back pain relief
Can Ayurveda medicines give relief from pain in back of neck? What are the other treatment options available? Can massaging the neck are with any oil reduce the pan? I am 44 year old housewife and have this bad pain in neck. I want relief but cannot take painkillers as i am sensitive to them.

did you take Xray of cervical region? avoid daily head bath, intake of cold items,curd.apply kottamchukkadi oil on affected area.take prasaranyadhi kashaya and rasnasaptakam kashaya. it is better to take ayurveda therapy like nasyam, thalam,kizhis,dhara,pizhichil etc for better result.
