Better take whey protein from natural sources like dairy products yoghurt, liquid watery portion of the milk when cheese is made is a good and natural source of whey protein. Your BMR is quite high that is why your weight is quite low. You may increase the intake of protein to build up the muscle mass. And gym will definitely help you to achieve that goal.
