How to differentiate normal flu or COVID
I hav. 100.4 F on 18th morning and i took Dolo 650 for 3 times on that day. Fever were reduced on same day evening 98.7. Next day when I checked the fever it shows maximum 99.4F. but feel slight tiredness. Donot have running nose, slight Cough( one or two times in 1hours). Only i feel tiredness slightly. Do I need to worry and consulte doctor?
