Normal Flu or covid
Hello, On last sunday i took ice cream at night and slept in 16deg ac temperature. On Monday i feel cold, sneezing that was bearable. On tuesday i took Cheston Cold and feel little better. On wednesday again i took Cheston cold. But on thursday i did not take any medicine. On Friday i feel soar throat n cough with yellow mucus. I can smell, taste, no fever,no appetite loss. Only bodyache and pain in throat whenever i talk more or cough. Is normal flu or covid symptoms.

Here we can tell everything is started just because of your ice cream and sleeping in ac that is caused all symptoms.. take all home remedies.. like warm liquids, betadine gargles, steam inhalation, drinking plenty of fluids..take azee 500mg one tablet for 5 days after food.. still symptoms persist u have have to do the test . Meanwhile monitor your temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly
