I am planning for baby ...but all the time i failed to conceive ...its being 2yrs of my married life but we only want to try sincerly after november...earlier we try but wth a huge gap not so frequent..but now we are ready for planning.. pls guide in this regard...

Since you are anxious to conceive, visit a gynecologist, get follicular monitoring done and have timely intercourse. Try having intercourse on every alternate day and not everyday.
The most fertile period for more chances of conceiving is 12th to 18th day of your periods.
Meet a gynaecologist and follow her advice.T Ake folic acid tablet daily Try to do sex every day in the fertile period.Count the first day of menstruation as one and day 7 to21 is fertile period.Do investigations if advice by gynaecologist.Pray to God everything will be fine .Don't take tension.
Hi, as you r planning since one month, just relax. You have to try atleast 6 months. Try in the fertile days. Prior to all some precinceptional tests also needs to be doneas tsh, vdrl, rubella ig g, blood group, hplc etc. Meet gyn so that she help you .the fertile periods for you also need to know.

Most probably you have no gynaecological problem. Get TSH, blood sugar blood group done. If any abnormal report is found ,consult gynaecologist .Start FOLIC ACID one tablet daily. It has beneficial effect on pregnancy.
Just have a Preconceptional visit to a gynac .. So That you will get to know about fertile days and even minor problems can be tackled at the same time
hi. first of all be relaxed and calm. Have intercourse to enjoy the feeling and not with an anxiety that you didnt conceive. U will surely get pregnant. If u r still anxious pl consult a gynecologist both u and husband.
Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.nd fried food
