Inform your family members about your suicidal thoughts they will support you in this situation. Their unconditional love and care will definitely help you to think positively. Your life is valuable. Immediately consult a psychiatrist for medication. In OCD, feeling guilty is typically related to repeated and intrusive obsessional thoughts. Most of the patients with OCD also experience depression and suicidal thoughts. Therefore, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist/ clinical psychologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.  The psychiatrist will prescribe medication, and a clinical psychologist will provide therapy.
Next Steps
Consult to a Psychiatrist for medication and take regular medicine. also, you can consult a Clinical Psychologist for therapy sessions.
Health Tips

I want you to know that you are not alone, and it takes courage to open up about your struggles. Its entirely understandable to feel ashamed of past mistakes, especially when dealing with OCD. However, it's essential to remember that everyone makes mistakes, and they do not define your self worth. Letting go of the past can be challenging, but it is possible with patience and dedication. Consult a counselling psychologist who could help you with strategies to challenge negative thoughts and focus on building a strong foundation of self-acceptance.

Hi.. There are three main points that I observed and responding on to your query. 1. 'Normality' is not an absolute concept and it is more about the reference group. What we consider normal in one socio-cultural group may be considered abnormal in a different group or social setting. Normality and abnormality lie on the same continuum with reference to a particular social group. So making judgements about yourself based on what you think others are able to do very easily is not very scientific. We don't know the struggles everyone is going through so we can't judge them without considering the whole picture. 2. You mentioned 'feeling shameful for the things you did in the past' and how you 'can't accept yourself'. On this I would suggest you to discuss this whole issue in a therapeutic setting and address it from the root. You have already taken Counselling sessions once and they helped but why didn't you continued to address these remaining issues. You need to work upon them to overcome such self-esteem issues and self doubts. 3. 'Suicidal thoughts' are an outcome of these repressed issues. Once these issues are released these suicidal ideations will also eventually wither away. But if the frequency and intensity of your suicidal ideations are severe you may consult a Psychiatrist. Remember, psychotherapy/counselling is a continuous process and not a piece meal. You need to keep working on your issues with your therapist to overcome your presenting issues, as well as, core issues. There are no quick fixes (like pills) and no permanent solutions (like cutting out an appendix). But there are certainly long term solutions to complex problems using simple therapeutic interventions.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
