How should i deal with this fissure
Please let me know what to do with this small tiny fissure .i am applying crema gel but goes and comes back .which cream is good for this and i am also eating softovac powder .for softening stool.yet the result are same.
What should i do other than this please suggest me.
I tried many doctors please me out.
