Small red fissure types
Hello , Please help me out with this type of anal fissure .My consultant gave me a dialator for using. 80% have been relaxed but this type of red sores keeps me irritating like itching. Currently using crema gel for applying Please refer image

1) Looks like a it's result of skin excoriation to me. With the underlying history of fissure it is highly suggestive that you have hard stools and this clue adds to the sking lesions you are pointing out to Drink plenty of fluids, add green leafy vegetables to your diet and if still not relieved you can add laxatives to the regime 2) The lesion can also be a result of trauma due to anal dilator or nails due to itching. Richly lubricate the anal dilator with lignocaine before insertion. Keep your nails trimmed If these 2 don't work then it is better to get a dermatologist opinion I hope this helps
