Fissure can be well treated. So you don't have to worry. Early disease can be well controlled by life style modification. Main cause of fissure is constipation- hard stool. (For some fissure may be caused due to high anal tone for which surgery is required) Take high fibre diet Take fruits and salads Take papaya during evening 500-800gms There are medications for further releif but for that I need more information. Secondly , annal fissure don't cause urinary problem unless very complicated.
Next Steps
make necessary life style modification. avoid constipation take dietary advises. do little mild exercise daily. avoid refined food. drink lots of water
Health Tips
avoid constipation , constipation alone can cause many other disorders and reduce your quality of life. get a clinical consultation when ever possible.
