Let me help you step by step since we see lot of problems here 1. Altered bowel habit are common after hemmorhoids surgery. I would like to know when surgery happened caus treatment is different based on time line..but good news is your colonoscopy is normal.. erosions are common in every individual given modern lifestyle of junk foods with cheese. We will give you probiotics for it along with omez and antispasmodic for relief. 2. Do you gave increased frequency of urine. You have borderline prostateomegaly. Drug is only given if it's symptomatic 3. Your UTI is visible in urine reports as well. We need to give you antibiotics and urine alkaline syrups. How long you have been facing it is again big question. If you have tried oral antibiotics we give 3rd gen cephalosporin inj here. 4. Based on bowel habits it seems you have nutritional deficiencies here .get vit D and vit B and thyroid  checkup for fatigue n weight loss evaluation. 5. If you worried about your prostate , also I see high esr better to get PTA test. We will give you tamsulosin if you are symptomatic.
Next Steps
it's not like life threatening emergency but you definitely need consultation here

Your colonoscopy and stool markers are normal, so no sign of IBD/cancer. Low MCV/MCH suggest iron deficiency; UTI with mild prostate enlargement may explain burning urination. Follow-up with gastro & urologist, do iron profile, urine culture, and improve diet (fiber, fluids, iron-rich foods). If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.
