Hot head torso feet palms
I feel my head torso palms and feet unusually hot mostly in all seasons. So hot that if i enter a cold shower, the water literally turns warm for some time. I ensure to drink 2-3 L warer daily. I dnt have fever.. I have normal tsh level Should i be worried?

It can be because of peripheral  neuropathy  caused by  deficiency of vitamins or because of rheumatoid arthritis or due to some drugs. Needs to be evaluated.
