I have been diagnosed with severe Anemia, that makes it very difficult for me to walk , in such a condition how can I go back to my shape I was in 1 year ago. This PCOS and Anemia has made weight loss impossible for me.

Hello dear user, Don't be afraid for anything. You will get back to your all normal parameters. Just start to take proper balance diet, include more and more fruits, better to limited intake of  animal source food items like nonveg items. Regularly do yoga like Suryanamaskar, gomukhasan, kapalbhati.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Well for anaemia, you can go for Red meat, poultry meat, Seafood, Beans, Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots, Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas, Peas.Etc. for pcos the weight needs to be reduced. Go for 30min walk daily. Avoid carb. Eat less more frequently.

Gud morning pls try to have a healthy balanced diet rich in all essential nutrients along with exercise, proper sleep,stress reduction if any by doing meditation or yoga for 20 mins minimum in evening time and have adequate water more than 2ltrs in a day.nothing is impossible in this world,try to keep your mind motivated for work out daily to loose weight in a healthy way.a big no to junk foods eating if doing so.
