Hello..u have provided few reports but most important is I would like to know about your menstrual regularity and any signs of hyperandrogenism that is excessive hair over upper lip, chin or other body parts.. Though your usg showing pcos above mentioned criteria is most important to level u a pcos.. Because Pcos is diagnosis of exclusion before that we need to rule out other causes... Your prolactin and TSH is normal so these two causes are ruled out.. Though high LH to FSH ratio is highly likely in PCOS its not diagnostic.. U need to do serum total testosterone levels for biochemical hyperandrogenism.. For treatment if u turn pcos most important is wt reduction at least 5 to 10 percent of body wt...for that get on to wt reduction diet low calories 500kcl less tha calories than present and physical exercise..... As your Fasting insulin is on higher side u r likely having insulin resistance which is component of pcos... U need to put on medications to reduce your insulin resistance too... Plz consult good endocrinologist for detailed consultation.. . U may consult online..
