Increased LH AND FSH
I havr infertility problem since 7 years.. i have nil sperm report and my scrotum usg report is bilateral low volume testes and my testosteron level is 4.6 and LH AND FSH increased in very high number... my wife is perfectly fine and she's medical reports absolutely fine... i have gone through one ivf but no sperms detected..doctors advised me to consult endocrinologist for hormanl imbalance..and they told me if this hormonal issues resolved then u have chance to become father ... now a days i am in severe depressed and i cant handle this situations... i belive that endocrinology doctors can treat me and save my future from this baddest conditions.. please help me and guide me what i want to do ???

Need to check sperm analysis report.. Can go for intratesticular sperm retraction and followed by ivf if at all few normal sperms there. Or else can go for donor sperms if no objection
