Kerorol DT is quite a strong pain killer . But you can try with Ultracet twice a Day for next 2 to 2 days. Start Chymoral forte thrice daily and next 4 to 5 days.  Ideally it need to be checked clinically at the earliest. Rinse your mouth with little warm water with salt. Don't apply any gel or heat pack from the outside.
