Hole in the left ear

My mother got hole in her left ear due to certain bad cleaning techniques like stick and all. After checkup it show that hole is big. How can i treat it to became good or what should I do now? Plz help 🙏

As it appears traumatic chance of self heal is to be taken under supervision of ENT Specialist. 3-6 weeks is generally the time drum heals in some patients post trauma. If doesn't heal than it is to be repaired surgically. Visit ENT specialist. Do not pour oil, water etc in the ear.
