Hole in inner side of outer ear
I having an earache from two weeks my friend noticed a hole in my ear I having pain that side of neck and throat iam putting photo of that ear can someone please help with this, is there any serious problem

Well in the picture what is visible is not a hole. Its a mere wax sticking the external auditory canal.
