  4. Hole on right ear. Advise pic attached!

Hole on right ear
Hello doctor by north I'm having an hole on right ear top. From couple of years I noticed it's discharging some fluid which smells bad and itching as well. Do I need to take any medicine for this Pls advise pic attached

This is preauricular sinus As if it is discharging,  it seems to be infected So needs antibiotics at present
