Hole in eardrum
Respected Sir, I am 31 yr old and my ear has a hole in eardrum from my childhood. I operated this ear but it again damaged. I heard about Hyaluronic Acid Fat Graft Myringoplasty (HAFGM) technology. Is this technology is also available in India. Is it better than traditional surgery or there is any other option to fix the hole without doing surgery.

Fat graft tympanoplasty is usually recommended for very small perforations. Again since you had surgery already it is not recommended to under any newer procedure as success is not guaranteed. Traditional tympanoplasty has good outcomes if done by a experienced surgeon. Surgery is the only option for perforated ear drum
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
